The Mag-Tac® CR123 LED Crown Bezel Flashlight is a compact, professional-grade tactical and everyday-carry flashlight engineered for dependable illumination, rapid operation, and rugged field use. According to the latest ANSI performance data, High provides approximately 4 hours of runtime. The latest runtime graphic also identifies a Low mode at 67 lumens with up to 17 hours of runtime. Maximum output on High is 398 lumens.

The Mag-Tac® uses an LED lighting system with LED Heat-Sink Technology to manage heat generated by the LED and support dependable performance. Dynamic power management electronically manages available battery power for efficient operation.

Its distinctive crowned bezel provides a rugged front-end configuration while protecting the light-producing components. The Mag-Tac® uses a fixed optical configuration, allowing operation through the tail-cap switch without requiring adjustment of the beam's focal setting.

3. QuickClik® Tail-Cap Switching with Full Power, Momentary & Strobe Functions

The Mag-Tac® Crown Bezel uses a tail-cap-switch-activated QuickClik® electronic switching system for fast access to its operating functions without requiring the user to reposition the flashlight.

The Crown Bezel configuration provides Full Power, Momentary, and Strobe functions. Full Power provides maximum illumination. Momentary keeps the light illuminated only while the tail-cap switch is being pressed, making it useful for brief illumination, signaling, or quick checks. Strobe provides a 12 Hz flashing signal for attention-getting and emergency applications.

The Mag-Tac® is built around a compact machined aluminum body designed for fast handling and demanding everyday or professional use. Pronounced machined ridges along the body provide a secure gripping surface, particularly useful when operating the flashlight quickly or while wearing gloves.

Mag Instrument’s (Maglite®) only factory in Southern California is, and always has been. Our entire manufacturing workforce – from product-development engineers to automation specialists to machinists — reports to work there, as it always has. However, we can’t make every part, component, and accessory under our roof.  When we have to go outside, our strong preference is to procure such parts from a maker that is not only domestic but, if possible, local.

But in this age of trade globalization, it is not always practical for the manufacturer of any product of any complexity to procure all the needed parts and components domestically.  In addition to price, there are other and often far more important considerations, like consistent quality and stability in the supply chain.  We have even faced situations where no potential domestic supplier was interested in bidding on a part- or component-supply contract.  And so it is necessary, from time to time, to go overseas for a part or component, as much as we do not like to do that.

So when we say we are “A U.S.A. Manufacturer” whose flashlights are “Built In America,” we do not mean that no part, component, or accessory of one of our flashlights is ever imported. What we  DO mean is that our flashlights are, and always have been, invented, designed, and engineered in America and assembled in and shipped from our American factory where all of the body parts and most of the other parts are made, even if some parts, components, and accessories may need to be sourced from an overseas supplier.  And when our product includes some foreign content, we duly note that on the package labeling.

In this way, we strive to save as many American jobs as possible by keeping our manufacturing as American as it can be and still yield a reliable supply of a product of the quality our consumers demand at a price they will accept.

Mag Instrument, Inc. warrants to the original owner that this flashlight is free from defects in parts and workmanship for ten years from the date of first retail purchase.  Mag or an authorized Mag Warranty Service Center will, free of charge, repair or, at its option, replace a defective flashlight or component. (Mag does not warrant the future availability of particular colors or decorations, and may replace a custom flashlight with a standard flashlight.)  This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied.

EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not cover any of the following: 1. Battery exhaustion; 2. Battery leakage; 3. LED burnout and/or LED module failure; or 4. Damage to or failure of the flashlight or any component thereof due to alteration, misuse, battery leakage or lack of maintenance.

Mag Disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions (countries, provinces, and states) do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on transferability, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

HOW AND WHEN TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM: 1. In case of battery exhaustion, do not return the flashlight to Mag, but replace the batteries. 2. If the flashlight has been damaged by leakage of batteries, do not return the flashlight to Mag, but determine what brand of battery caused the damage and follow the battery manufacturer’s instructions about how to make a damage claim. 3. For warranty returns: Send the flashlight (postage or shipping prepaid) to Mag Instrument, 2001 South Hellman Avenue - 50600, Ontario, California, USA 91761-8019, Attention: Warranty/Repair Department, or to an authorized Mag Warranty Service Center. For the location of an authorized Mag Warranty Service Center in your area, consult the retailer where you purchased the flashlight or see the customer service section at www.maglite.com. For your protection and to expedite handling and/or postal claims, we recommend that all returns be insured and sent Certified and/or Return Receipt Requested. Do not send batteries with flashlights.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from country to country, province to province, and state to state. Where any term of this warranty is prohibited by the law of any jurisdiction, such term shall there be null and void, but the remainder of this warranty shall remain in full force and effect. THESE STATEMENTS DO NOT AFFECT THE STATUTORY RIGHTS OF A CONSUMER.
