Friday, December 6, 1991, President and Mrs. Bush made a historic visit to our main facility. The purpose
of the visit, initiated by the White House, was to showcase American businesses which are successful in
face of the struggling national economy, and to highlight the fact that our products are of such high quality and value
that they are exported to 42 nations - including Japan and Germany.
After arriving at Mag Instrument, the President then
addressed all employees and the National and International Press. Hailing Mag Instrument in building exports - the sole
source of economic growth in the United States in 1990, Bush stated that, "Tony and the employees of Mag Instrument are
living proof, that when the fight is fair, American manufacturers can out produce, out sell, and out compete any other nations on
the face of the earth."
